Skyelar Perkins – is Corporate Senior Director of Slot Operations for the Choctaw Casinos & Resorts. Skyelar oversees the slot operations across 22 individual properties in southeastern Oklahoma totaling approximately 10,000 slot machines. The Choctaw’s flagship property is located in Durant, OK and has 4,300 slot machines and is one of the largest casinos in North America.


Todd Eilers – is a principle at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, where he is responsible for leading all research and consulting services related to the Gaming Equipment & Technology sector within the casino gaming industry. Todd created the gaming industry’s largest slot survey tracking industry demand and market share trends and is one of the leading voices in the Gaming Equipment sector.

Daron Dorsey – Daron Dorsey currently serves Executive Director of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), the gaming supplier industry’s trade association.  Prior to becoming AGEM’s Executive Director in March 2022, Daron served as a corporate legal officer in the gaming space, most recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Group Compliance Officer for Ainsworth Game Technology, from 2015 to 2022, where he also served as an Officer of AGEM, and as General Counsel for William Hill US from 2014 to 2015. Before those in-house roles, Daron was in private practice in Nevada at two well-established law firms, Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. and Jolley Urga Wirth & Woodbury.  Daron has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 2001 and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Nevada along with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Dan Ingster – Dan Ingster is Vice President of Gaming Operations for Seminole Hard Rock Support Services.  Dan supports the gaming operations for 15 Hard Rock and Seminole Gaming casinos and assists with the development of new Hard Rock casinos.  He started his career as a Slot Attendant with MGM Resorts and has worked his way up through multiple Las Vegas properties along with seven years at Seminole Hard Rock in Tampa, FL.  He also spent three years on the manufacturer side of the business as VP of Sales for a Class II vendor


Rick EckertCurrently serves as Managing Director – Slot Performance & Analytics at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming.  Prior to joining EKG, Mr. Eckert worked at Wynn Resorts as Manager of Slot Administration, Analytics, and Operations, where he was recognized as “Manager of the Year” in 2016. Mr. Eckert previously worked for MGM Resorts International as a Slot Analyst at Luxor, Excalibur, and then Bellagio upon completing the company’s leadership development program.

Ron Nesbitt is the Corporate VP of Gaming at Wind Creek Hospitality. Ron oversees all gaming activities at a corporate level for Wind Creek Hospitality, which is the principal gaming and hospitality entity of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians.  Wind Creek owns and operates six casino properties in Alabama, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and the Caribbean totaling approximately 10,000 slot machines. Prior to joining Wind Creek, Mr. Nesbitt held various operational roles within Caesars Entertainment over a seventeen year period.


Mike Gatten – started his career at MGM Resorts International in 1996 at The Mirage as a Slot Club Representative and was quickly promoted to Assistant Slot Club Shift Supervisor.  Mike transferred to ARIA in January 2013 as the Vice President of Slot Operations & Marketing. He held this position until moving on to MGM Resorts International as the Corporate Vice President of Direct Marketing Strategy in April 2016. He lead the department until his most recent promotion to Corporate Senior Vice President Slot Strategy for MGM Resorts International.


Gavin Issacs –  currently serves as a director of both DraftKings Inc. (Nasdaq: DKNG) and Galaxy Gaming Ltd. (OTCQB: GLXZ) and as an advisor to Jackpocket, an online lottery app. Most recently, Isaacs was the Non-Executive Chairman of sports betting technology leader SBTech Limited, which merged with Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp. and DraftKings Inc., and he served in numerous leadership capacities for Scientific Games (Nasdaq: SGMS), including as President and CEO and as a member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining Scientific Games, he was the CEO of SHFL Entertainment and the Executive Vice President and COO of Bally Technologies.


Debi Nutton – Debi is currently a gaming consultant and executive coach.  Most recently Debi assisted with the openings of both Encore Boston Harbor and Resorts World Las Vegas.  Prior to that, Debi served as Executive Vice President of Casino Operations for Wynn Las Vegas.  Before joining Wynn Las Vegas, Debi held the position of Senior Vice President of Casino Operations at MGM Resorts.  In addition to her many executive roles, Debi was also named Top Corporate Fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma’s Light the Night Walk in Southern Nevada in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.  She is also a member of the Advisory Board for G2E and serves as a mentor for Global Gaming Women.


Troy D. Hall is Senior Director of Slot Optimization and Strategy for Gaming Analytics where he infuses nearly 3 decades of industry operator and installer/opener experience, a deep understanding of slot operations/project management and first hand operator-user experience of the Gaming Analytics platform into his role, the award winning GA platform and to all GA customers. Troy’s overall experience details his honorable 8 year service in the United States Navy; ownership of TDH-Strategic Slot Consulting Services LLC; recognition in GGB Magazine’s 2019 Top 25 People to Watch; invited speaker at the 2007 IGT Advantage Users Conference; licensing in 9 jurisdictions (tribal and commercial/gaming and racing), 8 system conversions across 3 jurisdictions from Bally SDS to IGT Advantage, 7 property installations/openings in 6 jurisdictions totalling 13,000+ games (to include the largest in Maryland @ 4750 games and highly regarded, bar setting installations in both Iowa (Waterloo) and Arizona (West Valley), 6 slot systems (Konami Synkros, Aristocrat Oasis, IGT Advantage, IGT Smart, Bally SDS, Bally ACSC); and corporate technical oversight of nearly 17,000 slots across 7 jurisdictions (Isle of Capri).

Chris Colwell – Chris is the Vice President of Slot Analytics and Strategy for Boyd Gaming.  In this capacity, Chris is responsible for all analytics and advanced insights covering the 27 property, 30,000 unit Boyd slot enterprise over 10 jurisdictions.  His work experience includes various leadership roles with both slot supplier/technology companies as well as casino operations over 20 years.  Chris is a veteran of the US Navy having served as a Nuclear Engineer onboard USS Eisenhower and USS Antietam.


Frank Legato – Frank Legato has been editor of Global Gaming Business magazine since 2002. An award-winning gaming journalist, he has been writing on gaming topics since 1984, when he launched and served as editor of Casino Gaming magazine. Legato, a nationally recognized expert on slot machines, has served as editor and reporter for a variety of gaming publications, including Public Gaming, IGWB, Casino Journal, Casino Player, Strictly Slots and Atlantic City Insider. In 2018, he received the Peter Meade Peter Mead Memorial Award Honoring Excellence in Gaming Media and Communications. He has an B.A. in journalism and an M.A. in communications from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. He is the author of the humor book How To Win Millions Playing Slot Machines… Or Lose Trying, and a coffee-table book on Atlantic City, Atlantic City: In Living Color.


Dan Cherry – Dan Cherry is Vice President of Gaming Operations at Bally’s Corporation. Dan Cherry has over 2020 years of experience as an executive within the gaming industry.  Prior to recently joining Bally’s, Dan held various gaming operations roles at Ameristar Casinos and then Penn Entertainment.  Dan leads enterprise slots and table games strategy for Bally’s, which currently operates 14 commercial casinos in 10 jurisdictions, including its Twin River property in Lincoln, Rhode Island and the newly opened Bally’s Chicago

Brett Nowak – is the Founder & CEO of Liquid & Grit, a leading provider of product insight and business intelligence reports for the social casino gaming industry. Previously he worked at Zynga as a Lead Product Manager and Blue Shell Games as a Director of Product.


Adam Krejcik – is a principle at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, where he is responsible for leading all research and consulting services related to the interactive gaming industry. He has become one of the leading voices in the social casino industry and his quarterly research reports have become the gold standard.


Matt Kaufman is Managing Director, Digital & Interactive at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. Matt Kaufman left Wall Street in 2011 to play poker professionally. Since, he’s utilized his business background and professional gambling experience to take on roles at companies including and Z4 Poker. Today, Matt is a partner at Media Techs, an online casino affiliate firm. He also owns MK14, a consultancy focused on product design and marketing of casino games.


Lloyd Melnick – is a Gaming industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. He is currently Director of StarsPlay (The Stars Group), where he is responsible for building and leading social casino, slots, and poker products. He has previously worked for Zynga, Spooky Cool Labs, and The Walt Disney Company.


Jeet Niyogi is a game/app marketing executive, who is currently a growth advisor and investor at multiple companies. Prior to this, he was part of Playtika for over 8 years, where he led the exponential growth of the World Series of Poker social game. In his most recent role, as the VP of Marketing & Monetization, he led user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and monetization at Playtika Canada.  He has a passion for bringing creative ideas to acquire new users, retain them, and effectively grow businesses at gaming and technology companies. His relentless focus on measurable marketing has led to sizable revenue growth in his previous roles at EA, Autodesk, and Oracle. He has been a regular speaker and advisor at Mobile Growth Summit, GDC, MAU and other conference events. He holds a B.Eng. in mechanical engineering, and an MBA from McGill University.
